Consulting: The Institute provides consultation services to corporate managers and leaders and to anyone who needs assistance in developing strategies and approaches for helping employees develop to their highest potential, maximize productivity for the organization, and create positive corporate cultures. Consultation services can range from a single discussion to a series of meetings to meet the client’s needs.

Training: The Institute provides customized training for employees at many different levels in a variety of different educational venues, including workshops, trainings, and presentations of any length.

Program evaluation: The Institute serves business in designing evaluation to measure program effectiveness. The Institute provides overall evaluation planning; design of measurement tools and instruments; identification of outcome measures; identification of evaluation scheduling; design of data collection methods and approaches; data entry and scoring; data analysis; interpretation of results; preparation of research and evaluation reports; and preparation of the evaluation sections of reports.
