The Teel Institute provides services for a wide variety of youth-serving organizations, both for profit and non-profit.

The Institute provides services to youth-serving organizations in the following areas:

The Institute provides the following services:

Consulting: The Institute provides consultation services to social workers, other youth-serving professionals, youth workers, mentors, volunteers, coaches, camp counselors, non-profit administrators, after-school care providers, early childhood care providers, and anyone who needs assistance in developing strategies and approaches for helping young people develop to their highest potential. Consultation services can range from a single discussion to a series of meetings to meet the client’s needs. The Institute does not provide individual psychotherapy or counseling services for students.

Training: The Institute provides customized training for all kinds of youth-serving professionals in a variety of different educational venues, including workshops and presentations of any length.

Program evaluation: The Institute serves organizations in designing evaluation to measure program effectiveness. The Institute provides overall evaluation planning; design of measurement tools and instruments; identification of outcome measures; identification of evaluation scheduling; design of data collection methods and approaches; data entry and scoring; data analysis; interpretation of results; preparation of research and evaluation reports; and preparation of the evaluation sections of grant requests.

Customized program design: The Institute often works with organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, to design programs to meet specific needs of the organization.
